WordPress releases updates, plugins release updates, certificates expire, and the sites that get neglected are the ones that eventually go down, get defaced, or start throwing security warnings at the people trying to reach you. Hosting and care exists so that none of that lands on your desk.
Hosting & Care is $59 per month and covers managed hosting, an SSL certificate so your site loads securely, ongoing security monitoring through Imunify360, routine WordPress and plugin updates, monthly backups retained for a full year, basic performance monitoring, and technical support for anything hosting-related. Hosting is supplied and managed through Infusion IT on GoDaddy infrastructure, so you have one invoice and one person to call.
Hosting & Care Plus is $89 per month. It includes everything above plus up to 30 minutes of routine content changes each month — new staff photo, updated hours, a price change, a paragraph rewritten — and priority handling for small website requests. Unused time does not roll over. Larger work like new pages, redesigns or custom development is quoted separately.
Domains are registered and managed through Infusion IT, and you legally own your domain the whole time. Microsoft 365 email is billed through the same invoice if you want it that way. Hosting and support inquiries get an initial response within one hour during business hours, and if you ever decide to move, you get at least six months of notice and help getting your site and domain somewhere else. No hostage-taking.

Common questions
What is the difference between the $59 and $89 plans?
Both cover hosting, SSL, security monitoring, updates and backups. The $89 Hosting & Care Plus plan adds up to 30 minutes of routine content changes each month and priority handling for small requests. Unused time does not accumulate.
Who owns my domain name?
You do, legally, always. Infusion IT registers and manages it on your behalf and invoices you for it, but the domain is yours and it can be transferred out.
How often is my site backed up?
Monthly, with backups retained for one year. Restoring from a backup is billed separately at the applicable IT support rate.
