A website needs ongoing attention after launch. WordPress and plugins release updates, while security certificates eventually expire. Without regular care, a site may go down, display security warnings, or become vulnerable. Therefore, Hosting & Care keeps those tasks off your desk.
At $59 per month, Hosting & Care includes managed hosting, an SSL certificate, Imunify360 security monitoring, routine WordPress and plugin updates, monthly backups retained for one year, basic performance monitoring, and hosting-related technical support. In addition, Infusion IT supplies and manages your hosting on GoDaddy infrastructure. As a result, you receive one invoice and have one person to call.
For $89 per month, Hosting & Care Plus includes everything in the standard plan. It also adds up to 30 minutes of routine content changes each month and priority handling for small website requests. For example, I can update a staff photo, business hours, a price, or a paragraph. However, unused time does not roll over. I quote larger projects, such as new pages, redesigns, or custom development, separately.
Infusion IT registers and manages your domain, while you remain its legal owner. If you prefer, I can also add Microsoft 365 email to the same invoice. In addition, hosting and support inquiries receive an initial response within one hour during business hours. Finally, if you decide to move, you receive at least six months of notice and help moving your site and domain to another provider. No hostage-taking.

What is the difference between the $59 and $89 plans?
Both cover hosting, SSL, security monitoring, updates and backups. The $89 Hosting & Care Plus plan adds up to 30 minutes of routine content changes each month and priority handling for small requests. Unused time does not accumulate.
Who owns my domain name?
You do—legally and at all times. Infusion IT registers, manages, and invoices the domain on your behalf. However, you remain the owner and can transfer it to another provider.
How often is my site backed up?
I back up your website monthly and retain each backup for one year. If you need a restoration, I bill that work separately at the applicable IT Support rate.
